Chennai: Chennai Metrowater will hold open house meetings in its 15 area offices between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Saturday to address complaints. A press release said such grievance redress meetings were held on the second Saturday of every month. Residents may present their complaints related to water supply, sewage disposal, and water and sewer tax and charges at the meeting. Consumers may also clarify doubts regarding pending new water and sewer connections, and maintenance of rainwater harvesting structures. Metrowater superintending engineers would chair these meetings, the release said.
