Muthumanickam, one of the accused in the Sunday’s Vanaja fireworks unit fire accident case, that claimed 25 lives surrendered in Judicial Magistrate Court here on Tuesday. According to police, Muthumanickam, who has been named as second accused in the case, surrendered before Judicial Magistrate, P.S.A. Nishanthini. However, his wife, Eswari, who is the license-holder for the fireworks unit, was still absconding.
