File | Photo Credit: The Hindu The Delhi Police’s Special Cell arrested two operatives allegedly working at the behest of Pakistan-based gangster and ISI proxy Shahzad Bhatti, the police said on Tuesday (April 21, 2026), adding that the duo and their associates were “planning firing and grenade attacks” in the Delhi-NCR area. According to a senior official aware of the matter, Bhatti and his associates had hired the two individuals — Rajveer (21) and Vivek Banjara (19) — both natives of Madhya Pradesh’s Gwalior through social media platforms. “The two were given ₹25,000 each to carry out firings on behest of them,” the official said.
