India’s biggest redevelopment project, the Motilal Nagar Redevelopment Project at Goregaon (West), in suburban Mumbai is set to take off with state government housing entity Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) unveiling the master plan on Friday (April 17, 2026). Spread across approximately 143 acres in the heart of Mumbai’s suburban region, this project is being undertaken under the Construction & Development Agency (C&DA) model by the Adani Group.
