Moorthy and Madurai North DMK candidate G. Thalapathi, burned a copy of the Delimitation Bill at Vandiyur in Madurai on Thursday. He said the delimitation exercise was against Tamil Nadu and its rights. The BJP was trying to implement it hurriedly during Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu. “The BJP’s tricks will not work here. Everyone should oppose the Delimitation Bill,” he said and urged people to teach the fascist forces and their slaves a lesson in the 2026 Assembly elections.
