Vehicles plying through East Coast Road were diverted through Sethubhavachatram on Wednesday after a culvert on the road was damaged. According to sources, the damage on the three decade-old culvert was noticed by locals on Wednesday (April 15) and they immediately alerted the police. Subsequently, barricades were erected on both sides of the culvert and the vehicles were diverted through Sethubhavachatram.
