Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution. Participating in 135th birth anniversary celebrations of Dr. Ambedkar organised by Social Welfare Department at Tummalapalli Kalakshetram in Vijayawada on Tuesday, the Minister said Dr. Ambedkar proved that discrimination cannot hinder intellectual progress.
