Data from the Telangana Development Planning Society (TGDPS) showed that 22 districts recorded temperatures above 42°C, while the remaining 11 districts saw temperatures between 41°C and 42°C. The lowest maximum temperature recorded anywhere in the State was 41°C in Hyderabad. Aloor in Nizamabad district emerged as the hottest location in the State, recording a maximum temperature of 43.2°C. This was closely followed by Gudipally in Nalgonda district at 43.1°C. In Hyderabad, Nampally recorded a maximum temperature of 41°C.
