The Teynampet Police and Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) personnel conducted a search at the residence of actor Trisha following the receipt of an email about a bomb threat. Police sources said the city control room received the email stating that explosives had been planted at the actor’s residence. A team comprising Teynampet police and BDDS personnel with sniffer dogs rushed to the location and carried out a detailed search of the premises. It turned out to be a hoax.
