Suresh, who worked as the chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh State Mudaliyar Development Corporation during the YSRCP regime, on Monday rejected allegations of sexually harassing a Dalit woman, describing them as false and driven by political motives. Addressing a press conference here, Mr. Suresh said the allegations came soon after he raised objections over the alleged encroachment of ₹100 crore worth of land belonging to the Theosophical Society of India in the city. He claimed his stand on the issue had led to attempts to target him.
