The State government has allotted 10 acres of land in Uppal Bagayath layout for construction of permanent headquarters building for newly carved out Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation (MMC). An order issued to this effect on Monday also accorded an administrative sanction for ₹98 crore for taking up the construction of the building.
