MGM Seven Hills Hospital hosted “AWR Connect”, a clinical symposium, on Monday. The event, attended by over 200 delegates, marked its emergence as a Centre of Excellence in hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction (AWR). Representatives of the Association of Surgeons of India and the Indian Medical Association (IMA), Vizag, participated. The symposium highlighted collaboration between gynaecologists and surgeons, with focus in addressing incisional hernias following obstetric and pelvic procedures.
