The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Andhra Pradesh unit, as part of a nationwide outreach campaign on the Women’s Reservation Bill, will organise public meetings, women’s rallies and scooty rallies across key cities, besides launching signature drives and “missed call” initiatives to mobilise widespread public support.

Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, BJP State president P. V. N. Madhav described the Women’s Reservation Bill, officially known as the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, as a landmark reform in India’s democratic journey, stating that it represents a decisive step towards ensuring greater political empowerment for women.
