Janardhan Reddy on Sunday (April 12, 2026) performed bhumi puja for pilgrim amenities at the Shaivite shrine of Sri Uma Maheswara Swamy temple at Yaganti in Banaganapalle mandal. The amenities, to be built at a cost of ₹5.08 crore, include 16 rooms, two dormitories, and eight shops at a cost of ₹3.30 crore; a Nityannadana Satram (annadanam complex) at ₹1.25 crore; a laddu potu (kitchen) at ₹29 lakh; and a queue line shed at ₹24 lakh.
