YouTuber ‘Savukku’ Shankar alias A. Shankar has been detained under the Goondas Act and the detention order was served to him in Puzhal prison on Friday. The detention order was issued by the City Police Commissioner A. Arun before he was transferred on Friday. Subsequently the order was served on Shankar in the prison.
