The fees for government quota engineering and architecture seats in private engineering colleges in Karnataka will increase by 7.5% for the year 2026-27.

In a recent meeting chaired by Higher Education Minister M.C. Sudhakar with the private engineering managements, it was decided that a fee increase for government quota seats in private engineering colleges by 7.5% would be allowed for the next academic year, said sources.
