Three persons were arrested by the Commissioner’s Task Force and Nampally police for allegedly running an illegal e-cigarette racket, with 999 banned electronic cigarettes worth ₹34.03 lakh seized on Friday, April 10. The accused were identified as Mohammed Ahmed, 36, a salesman; Mohammed Aszad Raza alias Arhan, 30, a welder; and Vinit Mantri, 33, a private employee.
