Two persons were arrested by the cyber crime wing of the Malkajgiri police in separate cases involving investment and job frauds as part of a week-long crackdown between April 5 and April 10, 2026.

In the first case, Chamala Balakishan Reddy, a resident of Jaipuri Colony in Nagole, was arrested for supplying bank accounts to cyber fraudsters on a commission basis.
