Six held for diesel theft targeting vehicles on highways in Nalgonda

Six persons, including a minor, were arrested by the Nalgonda Police for allegedly committing serial diesel thefts from parked vehicles along highways, with stolen property worth about ₹40 lakh seized on April 10.

The accused have been identified as Mudavat Gandhi Naik, 36, Mudavat Venkateswarlu Naik, 45, Banavat Tulsya Naik, 21, Mudavat Balakrishna Naik, 32, Ramavat Vagya Naik, 45, and a minor. All are natives of Palnadu district in Andhra Pradesh.
