Sathyamoorthy The DMK has fulfilled only 70 out of the 511 electoral promises it made during the 2021 Assembly elections, alleged BJP national executive member, K. Annamalai, in Udhagamandalam on Friday (April 10, 2026). Speaking at an election rally, where he campaigned for the BJP’s Ooty candidate M. Bhojarajan, Mr. Annamalai said that out of the 511 electoral promises that were made in 2021, four were made to the voters in the Nilgiris. “None of the four electoral promises were fulfilled. Extrapolating the same across Tamil Nadu, only 70 of the electoral promises have been fulfilled,” he alleged.
