Telangana government’s Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) division has integrated Inspector General of Registration and Stamps (IGRS) department services onto the MeeSeva WhatsApp/chatbot platform, Minister for IT and Industries D.Sridhar Babu’s office said on Friday. A range of IGRS services can be accessed through the official MeeSeva WhatsApp number 8096958096. The services include certified copy of registration document, encumbrance certificate, purchase of stamps, franking, deficit, societies, RTI, firms and penalty are now live on the platform. This initiative has been rolled out in close coordination with the IGRS Department, the Minister’s office said.
