RAJESH Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) chief coordinator Seeman on Friday said that if elected, he would transform Tamil Nadu into the best state in the world in education within ten years. Campaigning in support of the NTK candidate in Kovilpatti, he said that government schools in the state are currently unable to match the standards of private institutions. He asserted that it is the duty of the government to provide quality education, drinking water and employment to educate youth. However, he alleged that dravidian parties have failed to fulfil these responsibilities over the past 60 years.
