Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed shock and anguish over the murder of a 16-year-old girl in Khajipeta of YSR Kadapa district, describing it as a ‘grim reflection of the deteriorating safety of women in the State’. In a statement on Friday, Mr. Jagan said the girl was allegedly attacked by a man reportedly obsessed with her. “Such atrocities against women cannot be tolerated,” he said.
