Telangana’s active and accessible white-collar talent base stands at 48.87 lakh and nearly half of it is experienced or those with work experience of one year and above, staffing firm Xpheno’s 2025-26 study report findings showed. Technology sector remains the lead employer accounting for 39% (9.42 lakh) of the active experienced talent pool. Banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), business consulting, hospital and healthcare and pharma trail the tech sector by huge margins when it comes to sectors and industries with active talent volumes.
