Advocate assaulted by bike-borne men

A 35-year-old advocate was allegedly assaulted by two unidentified bike-borne miscreants who attempted to rob him, near Jnanabharathi, on the night of April 7.

The victim, identified as Shivaraja, a resident of Muddinapalya, stated in his complaint that the incident occurred between 8.54 p.m. and 10.08 p.m. He had gone to meet a friend near R.V. College and was returning when the attack took place.
