The Telangana government has stepped up surprise inspections in government schools across the State, with 299 district level teams conducting visits to address teaching and logging lapses. The initiative, launched on the directions of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, has so far covered 4,555 schools, including primary, upper primary and high schools. Officials said the inspections are aimed at improving learning outcomes and monitoring teacher performance.
