Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will tour Vemuru constituency in Bapatla district on Thursday, where he will take part in the ‘Mee Bhoomi–Mee Hakku’ programme and distribute land ownership passbooks to the farmers. The State government was rectifying errors in the previous land resurvey and issuing updated passbooks with official authentication. It had also initiated measures to prevent unauthorised changes to land records by introducing blockchain-based technology, ensuring transparency and security.
