Damodar Raja Narasimha at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) in Erragadda on Tuesday. The CoE is designed to offer a comprehensive range of services including medical treatment, counselling and rehabilitation support for individuals struggling with substance abuse. The initiative aims to help affected individuals recover, rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.
