GMR Sports, in partnership with Rugby India, has announced that the second edition of the Rugby Premier League (RPL) will be held at the Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad from June 16 to 28. The announcement comes shortly after GMR Sports signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the government of Telangana, aimed at developing a Satellite Sports City within Bharat Future City. The initiative reflects the group’s focus on strengthening sports infrastructure, promoting innovation and supporting athlete development in the State, said a release.
