Special verification camps for ‘No Mapping’ voters in Erode on January 10, 11

As part of the Special Intensive Revision of the electoral roll in the district, field verification and direct enquiries are being carried out for voters identified under the “No Mapping” category.

A release from the District Election Officer and District Collector S. Kandasamy said voters who were unable to appear for verification on the earlier notified dates will be given another opportunity. Special verification camps will be held on January 10 and 11, 2026, at the existing verification camp venues across all eight Assembly Constituencies in the district.

Voters attending the camps have been advised to carry relevant supporting documents. The release further stated that voters who have not appeared for verification will be informed in advance through call letters and telephone calls.

The district administration has urged voters to make full use of the camps and ensure that their names are included in the electoral roll.
