The Nilgiri Documentation Centre (NDC) has called on the Tamil Nadu Governing Council on Climate Change (TNGCC) to intervene and cancel the plans for the eco-park and multi-level parking facilities planned at the Ooty Race Course. Venugopal Dharmalingam, honorary director of the NDC, stated in a press release that the proposal challenges the credibility of the TNGCC.
