Unauthorised absence, the Corporation Commissioners said, will be treated as no work, no pay, and a break in service. | Photo Credit: Getty Images Five city corporations under the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) have warned of strict action against staff who fail to attend duties related to the National Census-2027 (House Listing and door-to-door Census), scheduled to be conducted from April 16 to May 15. Training for the Census staff will be held from April 6 to April 8 across all five corporations. GBA has assigned 3,651 supervisors and 21,480 enumerators within its jurisdiction.
