Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 111.50 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 173 cusecs and a discharge of 256 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 34.81 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 204 cusecs and a discharge of 72 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1,458.90 mcft.
