BALACHANDAR Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi, during his campaign in Ramanathapuram, stated that the BJP was attempting to enter Tamil Nadu through the backdoor by using the AIADMK as a cloak. In Ramanathapuram district, Mr. Udhayanidhi Stalin campaigned in Mudukulathur in support of DMK candidate Minister R.S. Raja Kannappan; in Paramakudi for DMK candidate K.K. Kathiravan; and in front of the Ramanathapuram Palace for Ramanathapuram DMK candidate Katharbatcha Muthuramalingam and Thiruvadanai Congress candidate R.M. Karumanickam. Speaking on the occasion, he said: “The Chief Minister has announced that the breakfast scheme for school students will be extended up to grade 8.
