’AIADMK will win by a margin of 50,000 votes in Bodinayakkanur defeating OPS’

The AIADMK candidate V.T. Narayanasami will emerge victorious and defeat O. Panneerselvam by at least a margin of 50000 votes, said AIADMK leader R.B. Udhayakumar here on Saturday.

Speaking to media persons after presiding over a consultative meeting with the party workers and alliance leaders, he said that the souls of late leaders MGR and Jayalalithaa would not pardon Mr Panneerselvam.

“He is a traitor… The people are waiting to punish him. His political career would come to an end on May 4….” he said.

Mr Panneerselvam, who recently joined the DMK, would not be supported by the local DMK cadres. “He may have been given a ticket by the DMK president, but the people had already decided his fate,” he said.

Mr Panneerselvam was the MLA since 2021 in Bodi constituency.

“What has he done to the people here. Even the basic needs had not been delivered. He cannot take credit to the infrastructural facilities such as law college and arts college etc, which were planned by the AIADMK regime.”

The AIADMK cadre were working in full swing with the able support of the guidance of alliance leaders from the AMMK, BJP, PMK and others, Mr Udhayakumar said and added that in southern districts of Tamil Nadu, the AIADMK would easily win in 40 out of 58 seats.

A wave has started in favour of the AIADMK and wherever Edappadi K Palaniswami visited, the people thronged and volunteered to vote for the two leaves. This early signs would slowly move across all the 38 districts of Tamil Nadu.
