Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 111.55 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 82 cusecs and a discharge of 256 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 34.61 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 227 cusecs and a discharge of 72 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 1,456.20 mcft.
