Three persons, including two children, drowned in a well at Silavattam village near Madurantakam in Chengalpattu district on Saturday. The deceased were identified as Shanthi, 65, her grandson Dashwanth, 13, a Class 7 student, and her granddaughter Kousika, 11, a Class 6 student.
