Three flex banners kept by an organisation near Parasakthi Mariamman Temple in connection with Panguni Pongal festival were removed by Virudhunagar district poll officials on Saturday. The presence of the flex banners without obtaining due permission was noticed by the General Observer for Virudhunagar Assembly Constituency Navneethkumar. Upon his instruction, the officials removed them immediately.
