The Anna Square police have arrested a man for allegedly stealing cash from a visually impaired person at an ATM by pretending to help him withdraw cash. The victim Pandian, 61, from Madurai district, visited an Indian Bank ATM inside the University of Madras campus on Tuesday morning to withdraw money.
