Image used for representational purposes only. | Photo Credit: The Hindu The Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Centre, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) of the plea of a serving Army officer seeking a court-monitored CBI probe into allegations of corruption in the Indian Army. Justice Prateek Jalan, in the order passed on March 27, directed the authorities to submit their respective responses on the plea while posting the case for further hearing on May 19.
