The Sathupalli police on Thursday arrested three more accused in connection with a major cyber fraud case. The accused have been identified as Orsu Krupa, Customer Relations Officer (CRO), Manda Srihari Babu, CRO, and J. Radhakrishna, branch operations manager, who served as employees at CSB Bank in Chandrugonda of Bhadradri Kothagudem district, police said. While Krupa and Radhakrishna hail from Chandrugonda mandal, Srihari Babu is a native of Bayyannagudem village in Penuballi mandal of Khammam district. According to the police, the trio allegedly assisted Udathaneni Vikas Chowdary, Boppana Nagapriya and CSB Bank Chandrugonda branch manager Akheel Abdul in connection with the cybercrime case registered at Sathupalli police station recently. The accused were booked under Sections 318 (4), 319 (2), 336 (3), 338 r/w 3 (5) of the BNS, and Section 66-D of the IT Act. Special teams have been constituted to nab the remaining accused persons, who are at large.
