On January 7, RDPR Minister Priyank Kharge held consultations with representatives of ZWEEC, a Singapore-based company that that conducted extensive technological research to develop an intelligent bio-monitoring system for the early warning/detection of contamination in drinking water. The Minister told the company representatives that a pilot project would be taken up to study the solutions on offer. He informed that the solutions offered by the company would be evaluated by the government of Karnataka.
