At least 102 parents of students at Delhi Public School, Dwarka, have filed a contempt petition with the Delhi High Court, alleging that the school has violated its 2025 order by issuing strike-off notices to parents for non-payment of “unapproved fees”. The matter is listed for hearing on Thursday. On Monday, the school issued notices to at least 25 parents stating that their children’s names would be struck off on April 7 over pending fees, and asked them to obtain clearances from the administrative and accounts departments.
