Jeba Selvi of Thiyagaraja Nagar here submitted an application with Assistant Director of Geology, Groundwater Division of Public Works Department, Tirunelveli, G. Karuppaiah seeking permission for her mineral water plant to be established at Muththoor near Palayamkottai.
