Photo: X/@TVKHQITWingOffl Tiruvallur Town Police registered a case under six sections against Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam candidate in Poonamallee Assembly constituency, Prakash, alias Kutty, for allegedly sexually harassing a woman functionary at an event attended by TVK general secretary Bussy Anand. Prakash, known as Kutty, is currently serving as the Tiruvallur South district secretary of TVK. He was recently announced as the party’s candidate for the Poonamallee constituency when actor Vijay released the list of TVK candidates.
