A view of the Greater Bengaluru Authority building. | Photo Credit: File Photo People in Bengaluru will be able to fill in their own census details online as part of the National Census 2027, with the option for self-enumeration of house listing open from April 1 to April 15, across all five city corporations under the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA). GBA officials said that residents can complete the process on a web portal (https://se.census.gov.in) in about 15–20 minutes, after which they will receive a self-enumeration ID. This ID would later be used when enumerators visit homes between April 16 and May 15 to verify and finalise the information.
