NTK candidates file nominations in The Nilgiris

The Naam Tamilar Katchi’s B. Raghupathy became the first candidate to file his nomination in Udhagamandalam Assembly segment on Monday.

Speaking to reporters after filing his nomination, Mr. Raghupathy said that he would work towards improving Udhagamandalam’s tourism facilities to international standards, would come up with solutions to preventing wildlife from entering human settlements and agricultural areas and also for including the Badaga community in the SC/ST category.
