Three Vice-Presidents will be chosen, one of whom will be elected as President. Myanmar replaces junta leader as military chief Myanmar installed a new military commander in chief on Monday (March 30), reports said, replacing junta leader Min Aung Hlaing, whose vice presidential nomination paved the way for him to become President. Former spymaster Ye Win Oo was promoted to head the military at a ceremony in the capital Naypyidaw, several Myanmar media outlets reported.
