Saravanan on Saturday inspected the training programme conducted for polling officers of all seven Assembly constituencies in the district. The Collector inspected the arrangements made for the officers. According to the press release, a total of 11,044 officials are undergoing training in Dindigul district. They are being given training on the operation of the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and the Voter-Verified Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) units.
