Education Minister Ashish Sood on Thursday criticised the functioning of universities in the Capital under the previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, citing a Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) report that highlighted financial irregularities in university operations between 2018 and 2023. Mr. Sood underscored the condition of Delhi Sports University and Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, established during the AAP government in 2020.
